best cam choice?
just looking for a second opinion a which can would be best for my 91 trans am gta. the motor is the 350 2 bolt. I bought a set of vortec 906 heads that are ported with guild plates and screw in studs, I also just ordered some Alex parts valve spring which allow for .550 lift and have 130 pound seat pressure. the gearing in the rear is stock, 9.5 : 1 compression. I'm also running a carb set up with a high rise intake, not sure on the cfm of the carb yet. from what I've gathered the comp cam xe276hr is the best option for me. I'm looking to auto cross the car and also be able to drive it around town. Any other imput on a better cam choice would be well appreciated, I just don't want to jump the gun buy a 300 dollar cam that isn't the best option for me, thank you all!

If it's an otherwise stock TPI, stick with TPI cam grinds... which the cam in question is NOT.
I'd recommend the "502" grind instead; similar grind, slightly lower durations, but wider lobe separation and other adaptations specific to TPI.

What other supporting mods do you have? Most especially, headers & exhaust? If you don't have those, then that's where your money needs to be going FIRST, not to a cam.
