I have a MAP TPI...
I bought an SLP Cold Air kit, and it came with MAF setup (2 intake tracts, minus MAF in the middle).
It seems this setup is smoother flowing than the MAP intake tract(which I don't have either).

The rubber openings where the MAF go seem, to be about 3 1/8" ID.

Can someone measure the OD on a MAF?
Then measure how long it is?

I plan to get a pipe / tube and just put it in between...

If you have a 91-2 car use the stock plastic tube. No power difference.
If you would like to sell/trade the rubber stuff for the correct 90-2 duct, I could do that as I have a MAF car that could use the rubber stuff.

I have a 92 setup (1 piece tract & rubber boot) on order... but it has various curves n goes from round to square to round...

Earlier style is smoother...

Thus why I need MAF measurements...

I understand exactly what you are saying.
I'm telling you it doesn't matter, there is no power difference between the 2 setups. (actually the MAP cars got a 10hp bump over the MAF cars because of the maf/duct)
Unless you are over 600hp which you will go to a larger custom 3.5" or 4" tube anyway.

The MAF is 77mm ID and 3.15 OD

Do you have the length of it, so I know what length of pipe to use?

So the MAP duct gains 10 hp, or just over all the MAP TPI's had 10hp more than MAF?

If my order doesn't come in, and I want to go the 92 route, I'll send you a PM... the SLP pieces I have (with the riveted veins inside) have never been used....

The SD cars had 10 more hp than the maf cars.
It was related to the duct work and maf setup.
