fresh build tpi running way to rich
Ok I'm at a loss... 86 ta swapped a fresh built .040 350 with cast heads 58cc chambers 194 intake 1.5 exhaust edelbrock performer cam flotech headers and y pipe south bay afpr and Bosch type 3 24lb injectors new ecu and custom chip for this build with 89 programing to eliminate the cold start injector also have a new o2 Sensor. .
I'm running extremely rich and I'm at a loss I don't think I have a stuck injector and I have my fuel pressure turned way down...
Any ideas?

Had that happened to me. Fouled out cyl 8 plug, fuel went into the plenum right over cyl 8. Ran very rich, new FPR and all was well with the world. Another one is exhaust leak before the 02 sensor and if your running headders go to a 3 wire O2, makes a huge difference.

Got a part number for the 3 wire o2 and my regulated is not leaking I think I have a blockage on the return side of my fuel system cuz I can only turn my fuel pressure down to 46 psi with my afpr

Bosch 13077, I went through summit and got a weather pack connector and did a relay off acc power. Think the parts ran me around $50. If memory serves 20a, but fuse was optional. I opted not to. Works great.

Something else i just thought of, did you delete #9 or just unplug the injector? If the cold start is leaking that could be your extra fuel too.
