wanting to stall

wants to stall when leaving a red light or stop sign. new fuel pump ,filter,ignition module and iac. i go to take off from stop sign and its like i have nothing for a second or two then just takes off and runs fine till i stop again.

Is it stock of modified? What mods, if any? Have you checked the TPS volts? Should be .54 +/- .08 volts. I've heard .60 - .61 yields better throttle response.

i found the problem. one of the wires to the iac came loose in the connector somehow.

Great that you found your problem. As these cars continue to get older, wiring problems will eventually creep in.
