Looking for a top end setup
Have a stock 350 TPI, looking to beef it up a little. I don't want to go crazy, I plan on building a nice LS engine for it when I graduate from college, but that's a couple years down the road. Figured I could put just some upgraded parts on it for now so that it's not a 15 second car anymore. I have a set of hedman shorty headers, mandrel bent y-pipe for the headers, and a full catback with cat-delete if this makes a difference. Will also plan on re-doing the stock intake to get rid of the restrictive as **** air box.
Not looking for anything super high end, just something that well let be pack a bit of punch. Probably Heads, cam, and new valvetrain? What are good recommendations for these? Will be getting a tune in it once it's all done as well.
/e
Are there any cams I can get out of a used car as well? I thought I saw someone mention one of the LT cams a while back, but don't remember exactly what they were saying.
