TPI wiring delete .... LS swap

Hi peeps ... I'm just about finished an LS swap , my car was originally a 305 TPI.
The LS has its own stand alone wire harness and have had running.
What I would like to know is what can I delete inside the car from the old TPI set up as I would like to tidy up the wiring and get rid of what is not used.
The pic shows the plugs that where part of the TPI set up , can these be deleted back to their source and also are there any wires in there that need to be kept.
Thank you

Re: TPI wiring delete .... LS swap

I'm not sure, so double check, but I THINK that the earlier years had separate TPI harnesses that can be completely removed. Both physically, and without affecting the rest of the car. Later years, like my 89 were more integrated. I recently removed a lot of wiring when I switched to the Holley EFI, but it was a LOT more work.

I think you'd probably be ok, but keep reading and see if you can confirm that. Again, I don't have an 86 so I'm not 100% certain.
