Why does my car moan when I let out on the clutch? It also does it with the clutch pedal depressed and I shift to a higher gear before the clutch and input shaft winds down. I had the engine out recently and the clutch and pressure plate looked new. They were replaced last summer. I did get a heavier flywheel. Also when I shift down it roars and vibrates the shifter. Could it be the pilot bushing? I can't find anything loose, but it sounds really bad.
