new clutch cylinders leaking

Hi, mates!

The story is: i swapped 350 into my car, it was 2.8 with T5 before. Transmission was swapped by previous owner, clutch system seemed to be OK, because i drove it for more than year.

When swapping, i also replaced slave cylinder, because of leaking. (notice: leaking one was a big, cylindrical shaped metal piece, i newer saw T5 cylinders like this before). Installed common, plastic slave.

When driving first 100 miles i noticed a wet stain on driver's floormat, it was master cylinder dripping. Replaced it. During next 100 miles the same story...

As of now i have replaced 4(!) new master cylinders, and problem is the same - leaking inside the car afrer +- 100 miles

Can somebody explain this?

Cylinder piston travel is adjusted correctly, plastic line is wrapped with heat resistant material, hydraulic clutch system is full stock, T5 is full stock. What is wrong?
Does V8 clutch disc/pressure plate/flywheel matter in this case?

Re: new clutch cylinders leaking

It shouldnt matter seems like u keep getting defects i know u can buy a aftermarket metal one and maybe that will solve the problem
