I can get the T5 mount, but the rubber bushing is bad. My 700 one is fine. Would I be able to drill it off and bolt it to the T5 one? Does it fit?

Yes, you can drill out the rivets and use fasteners to mount the newer rubber. Just as an extra precaution, after you tighten the nuts on the screws, bend the ends of the screws a little to prevent the nuts from walking off.

As long as the "lips" on your proposed rubber face the same way as the torque arm you wanna associate with it.

OTOH, as CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP as new rubber is, who in their right mind would go through all that effort on a bunch of used-up 30-yr-old CRAP????

3110 is the one with the lips tha tface the other way IIRC. Same price IIRC.

Being that this is Canada, and the only thing I can find for my car are taxes, I'm reusing my bushing to save time more than anything. Plus it's in 100% perfect condition. I don't want to wait another week or two for the energy one to arrive from the U.S.
