I have done this sorta thing on other cars with my Dad back in the day

work because of the wiring n such..
what i want to do is convert from my 700r auto to a manual stickshift
what part list/tranny do i need.
iv tryed to search this out b4 asking but a bit confused to many options
i just want a stick, and keep simple any help?
I have a 305engine with TBI all stock.

Re: 92 Camaro Auto to manual
The factory manual trans for these cars would be a borg warner T5 5 speed. '92 would be the world class version which is a little stronger.
You will need.. Trans, bell housing, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disk, throw out bearing, clutch fork, pivot ball stud, slave and master cylinder, shifter, console shift plate, shifter boot, clutch/brake pedal, torque arm bracket.
I don't know where you are located but I have a complete world class T5 with all of the needed install/swap parts that I just pulled out of a car I'm parting out. I'll take $900 for everything, the complete swap. I'm in west Georgia, close to the Alabama line.
