Re: Transmission torque specs
Torque always goes with hardware size. Those being 1/4", they should get around 12 - 15 ft - lbs. The 4 corner ones being 5/16" should get more, maybe 22 or so.
But tightening them by torque isn't the best way to get a good long-lasting leak-free seal. Don't forget the most important thing, far more important than torque: straighten the pan at the bolt holes with your hammer, then bend them out backwards, so they make a little dome under the bolts. Then tighten the bolts until the pan is back straight and flat, and no more.
If you're talking about the trans pan, those are all 8mm, about the same size as 5/16", therefore should end up at somewhat near the same toque.

Re: Transmission torque specs
The pan bolts are all the same size. Torque to 65 - 75 inch pounds. Surfaces must be clean, and the pan flat. Duraprene gaskets are the best, and do not re-torque them. Make sure there is a magnet in the pan.
