Converting Megashifter Back to Stock Questions
Hey guys, I plan on getting rid of the Megashifter that the previous owner put in my car, it's been nothing but a pain. I've got a list of parts in my mind that I need but I'm no mechanic so maybe someone can point out anything I'm missing.
Shifter for 700R4 w/Overdrive
Shift Cable
Shift ****
Top Console Plate
Gear Indicator Plate
Gear Indicator Mechanism
Indicator Light
Is there anything else I might need? Also, my cigarette lighter is missing and I'd like to have a 12v outlet, of course I would need the socket but what other parts might I need?

that list looks about right, I might have a stock shifter unit from when I swapped mine out for the megashifter. the shift cable is completely shot though.
Don't buy a shifter cable from any big name auto parts stores, they are all junk. try to find NOS or used in good condition

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to try and find parts in my local area but there isn't much available here. I've never bought anything through this site before, not sure how that works. It would be best if I could get the parts here in Canada to avoid the customs fees and high shipping.
