need some advice please.

Alright,, I aplogize, I've looked through countless threads on this and can't find definitive answer.. so sorry if its been said in a thread. I'm looking at some wheels. They are 18x9.5, 0mm offset and 5.25 backspace.. can I with (proper spacers) run these wheels and retain the,, (what I see as the perfect) stock looking wheel tuck in the fenders and quarters? And if so,, what spacers would I need? Any help would be gnarly, thanks doods.

Re: need some advice please.

Its not hard to figure out wheel fitment, usually you start with the wheel on your car and a tape measure. Find the stock width and back spacing and measure to see what extra room you have.

That wheel will fit perfectly without a spacer. Provided the bolt pattern is correct. However they will sit a little further out front stock, but will stay even or under the fenders.

What wheel might I ask? Its hard to find direct fit wheels for these cars in that size so it would be nice for others to know aboit them.

Re: need some advice please.

Thanks for the quick reply! I am aware of how to measure the wheel specs, and that's what gets me confused, as I've seen so many different folks, say so many different things.. what makes it worse, is I'm terrible at math.. in fact,, Ive had flashbacks of my math teachers of yore yelling at me while pointing there fingers like some horrible Alice in wonderland scene while trying to select fitment! so I'm really insecure of my accuracy, and don't want to have to order, and send back 12 wheels because they are not right. I'm hoping to avoid that LOL.. That said.. case in point, you mentioned that the wheels I mentioned will fit with no spacers.. I ask how that could be? if our stock wheels have two different offsets, (0mm and -16mm) how would the wheels I spec, having same offsets (0mm on all 4) fit with no spacers? this is my confusion, seems to me they would sit differently in wheel wells?! But, admit again, I'm the one who needs the education.
Again, thanks for the help. Love this site! Oh, and the wheels are Vision 143s, they are like old shelby style, and yuppers, they have the right bolt pattern., and are super affordable.

If you broad search Vision 143, they show up all over.. performance plus tire.com, wheelwarehouse, and even summit carries them... I wish the answer to my questions came as easy as finding these wheels! Lol!

Re: need some advice please.

As I said almost two years ago, provided the bolt pattern is correct they will fit with no spacers.
If you bother to look at your car you will notice the rear wheels sit inboard more than the front. It was dont to help the car track straighter.from the factory. Its really not needed and the car will be just fine.
I don't want to come off as rude, but in the lase two years you couldn't find a tape measure and a straight edge and measure the car yourself to see what fits?

lol, no biggie, I understand.
Car has been in storage for last 7 years.. I have been buying all the bits it needs before I pull it out. It needs tires before it can even get home to me, that's why I'm kinda stuck doing it in this fashion.. don't wanna bother with repairing or buying stock size to get home..
I wanted everything it needs before I take up space in my small garage. So my apologies..
it seems to me since the stock wheels with uneven off set, that a square off set like the wheels in question would be really Uneven front to back? unless the width of the rear track is even with the front? I'm under assumption they are not..
also I have the 2 inch drop eibachs.
most calculator say I may have wheel lip interference, but I don't put complete faith into them.. I admit, am now ignorant on my car, It's been a long time since I've even thought about this car.
So forgive my ignorance. Thanks bud!
