Car: 83 Firebird
Engine: 383 Stroker
Transmission: Stage 2 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.53 positive traction
Best street/drags for my car?
Got an 83 with third gen ws6 16 inch rims. I'm running 245/50r16 now, 1.25" drop (control arm lowering brackets, was told it is a 1.25" drop stock but not sure, so adding it in). What's the biggest tires I can fit on those rims and not have clearance issues?

You don't have a large selection of "wider" tires in 16in.
The only thing I have found wider than the size you have now are these.

The Proxes TQ has them in a 275/45r16
