Wheel Identity please help!

Hey all, new here. Any idea what these go to? I got these at a flea market and I thought they might be for an 88 Fiero GT but those are flat and these curve in. They're not the GNX/GTA wheels either, those are flat also. I looked all over the internet/ebay and cannot find them anywhere! Thanks in advance!

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

What bolt pattern are they? What size are they? They could be fwd Pontiac rims.

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

I've fooled around W-bodies for a while (I have a '95 Cutlass Supreme convertible)...and those look like wheels from either a Pontiac Bonneville, or a Grand Prix.

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

I'm not sure what bolt pattern they are, how do you find that out? I think they're 16x8. The victoria link rims are flat but yes they look the same. What year Bonneville or Grand Prix?

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

Could be from late '80's to mid '90's. IIRC, they were made by Kelsey-Hays. Look on the back, and see if there is a KH cast into the back side of the wheel. If so, that's probably what it is.

Some are hard to distinguish but they are 15x7's and not 16x8's like I thought. I didn't see any other significant stamping like a company logo or anything.

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

Probably front drive w body rims. Measure from the center of one hole to the center of one across from it. Rear drive GM cars are 5 bolt by 4 3/4 in. If I recall front drive are 5x4.5in.

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

Yeah those do look exactly like it, but like you said not black. So 85-87 firebird maybe? I had tried calling those people from that website and gave them the numbers on the backs and they couldn't pull anything up!

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

Found some information on the internet from http://www.gmtips.com/3rd-degree/dox.../wheel-dex.htm

According to this information, if they are 16x8 then they are from a 1986 Trans Am with the WS6 option. Judging from your pictures, of the back of the rims, someone painted them black.

1985:
Diamond Spoke Aluminum Wheels
RPO: PE1 14 x 7
Standard: SE (Charcoal or Lt. Chestnut)
Available: Firebird (Charcoal)

RPO: N90 15 x 7
Available: Firebird and SE (Charcoal or Lt. Chestnut) and Trans Am (Charcoal)

1986:
Diamond Spoke Aluminum Wheels
RPO: PE1 14 x 7
Standard: SE (Charcoal or Gold)
Available: Firebird (Charcoal or Gold)

RPO: N90 15 x 7
Available: Firebird (Charcoal or Gold) and Trans Am (Charcoal)

RPO: PW7 16 x 8
Are included on Trans Am Models with Special Performance Package (RPO: WS6) with air conditioning (RPO C60) hatch roof (RPO CC1) and 5.0 Liter Engine. (RPO LB9)

1987: ?

1988:
Diamond Spoke Aluminum Wheels
RPO: N90 15 x 7
Available: Firebird (Charcoal) &
Trans Am (No Cost Option)

1992:
Cross Lace Aluminum Wheels

The attached picture is a stock '85 T/A rim.
Hope this helps.

Re: Wheel Identity please help!

I have a set like post#12, except I painted the centers black. I use them with winter tires (in the winter). I have my 16x8's for the summer... not too much difference in looks to boot!

Just after purchase!<br/>$700.00 at auction.
