Looking for Some Help with Wheels for my Iroc
Hi guys. I just recently got my Iroc after being without one for around 10 years. My baby is a 85 Iroc with just over 50k on it and in the one year color of silver. I am wanting to put some wheels on it without spending too much money along with doing some suspension mods for handling. I am thinking Corvette wheels on it. I have seen 17s front and 18s rear and wondered what kind of spacers I would need? Would it makes sense to go 18s all around in case I upgrade brakes at some point in the front or want to rotate tires?
Here are some I found locally.

Maybe 4 of these all the way around with 275/35/18 tires? They are 18x9.5 with 0mm offset, is 0mm offset okay all the way around? The hub bore size is much larger then the stock hub size too at 83.82.

Most corvette wheels will need between a 1.5 and 2" spacer depending on the exact offset and how you want to fit them
The last choice should be a direct fit with no spacers.
And I would do a square setup with the same size wheel and tire around, makes it easy to rotate tires too

Awesome car. Love the rare silver, and love it with red!!!! ....I vote to keep your stock Iroc wheels. With the current available suspension upgrades, LS1 brakes under stock 16" Irocs with good tires....you'll be good to go! Not saying bigger wheels/tires will NOT help, but you really have to push it to outdrive that set up. Maybe serious pushing the handling limits is your goal. Maybe you just WANT to get new wheels. It's all good. It's your car.
BUT....I say keep 'em original!
FWIW, I'm running the set up I mentioned. Pretty much every part UMI makes for our cars, Eibach pro kit springs, Tokico shocks, LS1 brakes and BFG GForce SS tires on stock 89 Irocs. Handles like it's on rails. .....again, not saying you couldn't go further if you really needed to. I dont need to. ...but again....I don't know your goals.
