Replacing Your Radiator

1. Disconnect Negative Battery cable.
2. Uncap radiator pressure cap
3. Unbolt the (4) 10mm headed bolts from the Fan Shroud/radiator cover
4. Unbolt the (4) 13mm headed bolts that hold the fan to the shroud and bottom plastic piece
5. Remove fan(s) and cover
6. Remove hoses from radiator and drain radiator in approved container
7. Remove transmission hard lines from radiator if so equipped (Auto cars only)
8. Remove radiator
   Installation reverse of removal (for you Haynes fans out there)
