Notes-the Final Answer
Just in case you don't believe in notes, or that I'm funin ya about them, here's what my collection looks like.
I still have CDs full of other lesser used stuff, but this is what I have at my finger tips. There are times I might want to compare 4-5 different items at a time, and you just can't split a screen in that many directions at once and be able to read things.
That white binder is a print out of the source code for my ROMless 148 ecm, you can't begin to image the time in that. Even with tons of help, it's just a huge document.
I can also generate a binder about 1/2 that large in just tuning one car. Yes, if you're really into chips, it takes lots of effort, but the results are well worth it.

You know it would be fun to read through all that.
I am finding that out and I just am getting into prom burring. You need to put some thought into how you record your notes so that later you can find what you might be looking for. I made some charts to help organize what I did to each chip and then make detailed notes on what changes it made to how the car ran.

I SURE would like to see a translation of the last car you did. IIRC it only took you a few proms to get it close & a few more to get it REALLY close. that would be very interesting reading, & I would guess somewhat short.

WB, and a Scan tool and it's easy.
Make it to a POWWOW, and one of da guys might run thru it with ya.
Since the POWWOW, and related events are now an international, and cross continential affair, no one has an excuse not to be here.
