Pertronix HEI vs. MSD HEI - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

Ok... I've been toying with ideas lately for redoing my HEI distributor...

MSD doesn't have a kit that compares with the Pertronix tune-up kit... and MSD is a bit more spendy anyway... so..

For $120, pertronix has the kit that has Cap, Rotor, 50k volt flamethrower coil, control module, vacuum advance canister, high perf. advance kit, wiring harness, capacitor, and the hardware...

Now... does anyone have any reasons why I shouldn't get this when comparing to MSD's HEI stuff? Anyone have known problems with Pertronix and their HEI setups? anything?

Oh, I can get them in red, black or blue

i like MSD, lot of people like DUI stuff, but i've never used it.
