Helm Inc. manuals

Anyone here bought a manual from Helm Inc. lately? I just got mine today and it's not bound in any way. Just a stack of loose leaf papers. I haven't bought a Helm manual in quite some time and I must say I'm quite disappointed. For $90 you get a box of paper? Is that what they've come to?

Regards,
Gary Anderson

I bought one two or three months ago and it was bound in a full book... Call them up and tell them they accidentally sent you an unbound book and you demand satisfaction.

I paid 26.00 for mine on e-bay. Its worth looking, sometiems they pop up often, for all years.

Bound, clean, no rips, mising pages, and the cover was a little bit greasy. Not like it won't be here in a few months from me. : )

Maybe they have 2 styles? One bound and the other punched with holes for a 3-ring binder. I'm assuming the holes, but you didn't mention it. Call them and get it resolved. It's been a few years since I bought one new, but they were always bound.

I just recieved a 92 Bird manual from Helm, and it was bound, I also ordered the deluxe owners manual with the leather pouch, and it came with a cassette describing the new features of the Firebird. Good luck

Just to update everyone that was kind enough to reply. I emailed Helm's customer feedback about my problem and today a new, proper manual arrived. I guess Helm deserves the "thumbs up".
