trick flow 23* heads vs Pro Action Cast Lightning 180cc heads

Which would you chose and why? I am leaning towards the Pro Action heads right now but who knows. I have heard they had some quality control issues, anyone wanna comment on that? thanks

They are both good heads. If you opt for the 200cc pro actions, then they will flow better than the Trickflows(195cc). I'm not positive though. If you want pro actions, then get 'em.

Do a search for trickflow on here, seems quite a bit don't like them.

The flow #s for Pro Lightnings on the TECH board, very impressive.

Mark did you get the 200cc heads or the 180 cc heads?

I got the 200 cc ones, well, I guess my bro has ordered by now. I'm at college with no credit to buy them.

Not contradicting you but what made you chose the 200cc heads? I emailed the tech at Pro Action and he said that the 180cc heads make mean street heads due to their high velocity flow at lower rpm. What made you go with the 200cc heads?
