msd part #'s - cap, rotor & wires for my app.

don't kill me folks, i did a search and came up with too many diff. #'s.

i need the part #'s for the basic MSD cap, rotor and plug wires.

plan on having edel. headers in the future so if i need str8 or universal wires or something keep that in mind and please let me know what #'s for my 89/5.7.

thanks so much!

Assuming this is for your TPI.

Cap: 8426
Rotor: 8427
Coil: 8226
Custom fit wires w/ 90 degree boots for headers: 31229

These are the parts that I currently have on mine

thanks so much, i did get the #'s from another post, but they said use 31839 and summit says that is for 305's

31229 just says universal and yes it's for the tpi as i said my 89-5.7.

The 31229's are universal, so you have to cut them to length and crimp on the terminals. I prefer this because you can route them however you want(especially if you have custom wire looms like me)

The 31839's are already cut to length for specific applications, and may not contain all 90 degree boots.
