I have 89kmiles on my 92 formula 305TPI. Which is a good clutch to go with? Is it true I could be losing power with a clutch that has 89k on it? It feels ok most of the time. Sometimes it gets a little hard to put it into gear...

Lot of people go with centerforce dual-friction. I got a centerforce 2 on another car I have that's been pretty good.
I got a clutchnet.com fiber/kevlar/carbon street performance deal that works pretty good but it took them over a month for them to get it to me... customer service there sucks. Before I put it in last year (clutch was going but couldn't really tell yet) I dumped the clutch on the 2nd yellow light at the track and got off some decent .5xx reaction times... tried that on Saturday with the clutchnet and ended up redlighting. DOH!
Anyway, that clutchnet thing can get to your left leg after a lot of driving. Centerforce is definitely easier driving.
How I tell when the clutch is getting bad: go up a hill in 5th and nail the gas... watch the rpms go way up and the car not go any faster.

Centerforce dual friction is the way to go. I have one and know lots of others that beat theirs up on a regular basis and have had no problems. I got mine from summit for $250 and they had it to me in 2 days
