LT1 Throttle Body???

Dose anyone know if you can use an aftermarket LT1 throttle Body on a TPI car. I want to get the NOS 58mm throttle body and my buddy has a DFI so he said he has adapters for the IAC and TPS. Is that all i need? Will my throttle cable,TV cable work?
Any help is good help.

Thanks.

There are some things different between the two, but Holley makes a nitrous ready TB also.

they make them for TPI cars and LT1 cars.

Well, its just as simple, just now that you need longer bolts. I dont see any TB ready for TPI cars... i thought I did.

The LT1 has a different cable "Arm" and also uses a different TPS sensor. The bottom IAC passages should be very similar, if not the same. I think everything would work if you were able to modify your throttle cable or the arm, and use the LT1 TPS sensor.
