Car: '88 Iroc, '91 RS, and a '70 RS Engine: 5.7 TPI; 5.0 TBI; ZZ4/T56 on the ag Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56 | It won't add that much HP, but I put one on my 93 Silverado 4x4 and I could tell a difference immediately. I had a machinist friend of mine make one out of billet alum so it's not the Helix-style, more like the Transdapt kind. Better throttle response and just overall a "crisper" feeling. I have a K&N and a Flowmaster catback on it... 165,000 and going strong!!
