AJE crossmember issues

anybody else using the AJE crossmember have problems with it fitting? I just got mine and when I went to bolt it in the drivers side fit fine but on the passenger side the rear two holes were off about a 1/4 in to the right. I also noticed that not all the bolt holes were centered on the crossmember, anybody else having the same problems?
