383 stroker from speedomotive

I was looking at this stroker kit and was wondering what your guys' experience/knowledge of this assembly is.

The cam i have is:
ZCam Z-274-2 Hydraulic Flat Tappet
Idle Quality: Good
Operating Range: 2200-6400 RPM
Duration Advertised: 274° Intake / 280° Exhaust
Duration @ .050'' Lift: 224° Intake / 230° Exhaust
Valve Lift: .473'' Intake / .486'' Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle: 110°

Will this assembly handle the cam?
What will my aproximate redline be on the assembly?
Should i go for internal or external balance? (I asked them and they said they will internal balance for $150 plus $50 a pop for heavy metal)

http://www.speedomotive.com/383%20Mighty%20Mouse.htm
If it wont handle it, what would be a good choice as an alternative then? Try to keep prices reasonable as I am only 17 working for $8/hr at Tires Plus.

Should work out pretty good with a 6000 max rpm range. I'd go with the internal balance if the balancer and flywheel are not inluded, saves you trying to find a balance and flywheel to match. Be sure the heads will handle that amount of lift on that cam, might need some work there.

Might want to do some searching on Speedomotive. If I recall they've not exactly had the best name out there.

I have heard good things about scoggin dickey and i personally have had excellent experience with jrmotorsportsltd.com. They mainly do dirt track racing stuff but lately have gotten into street stuff. My shortblock came from them. I purchased their classic 383 shortblock and upgraded some parts. At that time it cost me 1400 for the shortblock with the upgrades.
