Solid Roller Lifters

I'm lookin' for some solid roller lifters.

I have looked into the Com Cams Endure-x, but they're $500.

Also the Red Zone rollers from Isky.

What I need is a roller that has a descent lifespan with beehive springs and 0.550 lift with around a 6000RPM peak HP and 6500RPM redline limit.

Are there any less expensive alternatives to the lifters with the oil pressurized roller trunion? Seems a big price to pay for just a groove into the roller when it is really a no brainer to have put them into the design when they first started to become popular.

Any info or personal experience would be helpfull.

Thanks

Art

sum-ht214 104 - I don' t think those have the direct oiler grove. If you're gonna be driving the vehicle often, this is a must for a good life-span. I've been looking myself. I'm going to be going to solid in my new motor, and I also intend on running the direct oiling type. It's either herbert or pace perf that has them at a decent price...

I wouldn't buy cheap roller lifters, I have seen what a cheap solid roller lifter can do to a motor .

Groove the lifter bores instead.

Try Competition products. I got a few things from them and they have been great to deal with and good prices.

I was thinking about that. Though I was more on the track of grooving the lifters. The bores would be way easier and softer.

Has anyone done these mods?

I'm trying to find 'Pace Performance'. Does anyone have an address?

Solid roller experiences, good or bad, and mileage/wear?
