DERALE 700R4 Trans Cooling Pan

Installed a new Derale trans pan for my 700r4 auto. Problem is that the cooling tubes stick out too far in the front of the pan and you cannot install the two(2) front center mounting bolts without removing the trans crossmember. Needless to say, I was not happy. Just a heads up to let you know that if you are considering buying one, don't.That is, unless you like being #*&@!K*&. Badman

Ehh I've had mine for 6 years now and the one time I had to change it I used a 1/4 extension and socket. Worked perfect.

I wish it was that easy. There is no way you can even start the bolt. Poor design. Belive me, I tried every tool . Badman
