Has anyone had any luck with the "white performance" brand or the "procomp" brand of roller rockers on ebay? Or that no-name brand of stainless steel ones?
They look exactly like the comp cams types but they just don't have the name of the comp cams hold. So with that said, shouldn't they be pretty much the same? They're cheaper because they're not made by a high name like comp...plus I believe that they are made in the USA, which then they probably aren't the cheap Chinese steel that bends like gold?
Anyone use these? or have used these with good-bad results??
Thanks!!
-Tyler

most stuff is made outside usa....i had some proform rockers on my charger they miscolored on the intake and exhaust..my engine ran a lil hot but i dunno..the werent that bad. i bought comp for my next engine.
i have run the white performance pro comp roller rockers and i dont have any problems with them..just make sure you buy their stainless steel rocker arms .less weight on the tips..engine runs very well with them and no noise whatso ever
I would recommend getting a set of Comps' pro mags, comps' wide body rockers, or the Crane's gold rocker arm set. They are both made of high quality material and have the oil passages located in the proper area so that the rockers get sufficient coverage. The difference between the two, price wise is only 50-100 dollars and this is not some place to be skimping on.
got a set of the roller tip self aligned rockers...made in china..and one shattered while driving on the highway! metal frags looked cast..so i'm telling you all that the steel ones are crap! see attached photos....
