Performance distributor?

Has anyone used this distributor on ebay? It looks nice and the price is nice too. I know the MSD one is really expensive, but this one almost seems too cheap.

I haven't personally, but I just bought a different model (same "brand") off of E-bay (the same seller in fact) for my carb swap. It seems several folks here on thirdgen.org have used these "Ebay" distributors with success. They're manufactured by Wysco. http://www.wysco.com/distributor.asp

Re: Performance distributor?

wow that looks to good to be true, **** a module alone costs like 35 bux or something from advance if i remember correct. pickup coil is like 12 ha, thats sexy i may definetly just buy a new setup when giving mine a tuneup after seeing that, **** a msd cap and rotor which looks about the same quality as that runs like 40 bux.

Re: Performance distributor?

Yeah for that price you can change the thing out every tune up. I think I might get one to try it out. I checked out their feedback and some buyers have said it's just as good or better than MSD.

Re: Performance distributor?

Few months ago, I bought Procomp starter. I thought it was an American made but it was Chinese knock off . I'll bet you that coil is the same deal, and it is Chinese product. If I were you, I won't even invest my money on something that won't last long, and it won't perform as promised.
