yea dont even put any oil in a high mileage motor, just run it dry why waste anytime with oil, maybe put blinker fluid in it


i will run synth in mine till the motor falls apart

Miles themselves do not automatically "ruin" an engine. The care (or lach of) it recieves does.

My 170,000 mile L98 will easily light up my 285s, and barks second gear.

yea please dont think im saying high mile motors are junk........LOL mine has 140k, high compression all around, high vac at idle, and no leaks or burning oil at all, 3k each change w/o any burned or leaked out

just wanted to clear that up

i kinda want to try royal purple now but cant seem to justify a 50 dollar oil change maybe if i get a 20 dollar autozone bonus ill do it from my rewards. the rewards are great ive gotten about 4 20 dollar bonuses already.

Yes, if you want to consider feedback from people in the racing industry. I don't race but have friends that do and talk to a lot of the guys that do.
