o.k. today finished installing grant wheel #415 with installation kit #3196 . my car is a 91r/s with air bag , sun had curled edges , looked like crap . removed air bag ( see other posts on this ) , any way installation went pretty good . anyone with with an air bag ( 90-92 ) who does the same , keep yellow spacer/wire coil . cut off stuff from center out . use yellow center as spacer , don't forget spacer/sleeve that comes in kit . also had to trim about 1/8" off plastic housing on upper shaft housing . anyway thats the joys of hot rodding , make something work where its not supposed to . took it out for a drive , so very much better . love my new steering wheel . impressed by the quality of the product & feel . wish i had put them on some of my other 3rd gens . good luck .
kind of a bad pic, but you get the idea. its just one off the shelf of an O'Reilly's, but it looks a hell of a lot better than the one i used to have lol. and i never installed the horn with it. i just have a little button for a horn. installation was easy.
same wheel , i did hook up horn . pretty good installation , just posted extra info. for people with air bags . ( yes JamesC i did it myself ) oh well , time for another can of the golden nectar . skool .
I just put on my grant wheel as well. How does this horn hookup? On the column I have this round white plastic sleeve, and then I have another round white plastic sleeve that fits inside with a wire, spring and bell shaped connector on the end. on the back of the horn it has two slots for wires, one is the ground, but i only have the one wire. This is the last thing i need to finish before i can get it inspected.

you only need one wire for the horn button . the bottom/metal side of the horn button faces down . wire connects to top plastic side of horn button . shaft of column serves as ground . also review installation instructions on grant website . good luck .
