Car: 1988 Trans Am GTA Engine: 350TPI Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 3:27 | Turtle wax black box | Well I was bored today so I tried the stuff with my 6" buffer. Absolute garbage. I tried it on the hood, and it took me 20min to get the first step off. I then finished all three steps on one of the head light doors and it looked like ****. I got REALLY pissed and basically said **** it. I drove it out in the rain and washed the front end of the car with Dawn. I then put on a new buffing pad, grabbed an old bottle of meguires swirl mark remover put three coats on the hood with the buffer, and a coat on the rest of the car, followed by a coat of liquid glass. Then I dry buffed it to a mirror finish. Needless to say the finish now is now show car quality. That turtle wax **** was an absolute hell to work with, and only resulted in medicore results.
