From GMPartsDirect, $103.04 shipped.
Pro: GM part (GM 5975681 and 5975862).
Con: Since it’s a special order, I’d “guess” shipment might be delayed.
From moderndaymuscle, $108.95 plus shipping.
Pro: GM part, reasonable shipping ($5 and change to me).
Con: No communication after several e-mails requesting parts availability. That said, many board members have experienced excellent service.
From my local GM dealership, $126.90 (with a 10% discount) including tax.
Pro: GM part, next day delivery.
Con: Most expensive of the four companies.
From 1A, $107.05 shipped.
Pro: Shipping. Returns.*
Con: Price, considering this is a Taiwanese reproduction (Depo). Also the fitment “may” be problematic as the pics below demonstrate (I say “may” because the pass side was a much better fit than the driver’s side—and remember too that I’m anal about such matters while others might be well satisfied with both sides). The first pic is the repro, the second GM.
*To 1A’s credit, they would have accepted a return, but I had very lightly used a Dremel on the driver’s side hoping for a better fit.
Given the closeness in prices, I whole-heartedly recommend the GM part. To those who are interested, I chose my local dealership for the convenience of next-day delivery.
