Bring me your chip knowledge?

I know fast chips is good, they promise me about 20-30 horse
Tbi said 14 and no ecm

Jet says they make it run "cooler"

But whats the deal with these?
JET Performance 191106P - JET Six Pack Performance Chips

Are you looking for a new performance chip but aren't sure which one to get? Now you don't have to worry--JET has taken away the guesswork with their Six Pack performance chips. They allow the driver to select from six different levels of performance with the push of a button. They include programs for economy, towing, Stage 1 and Stage 2 performance, valet mode, and security.

Then
VENOM V45-130 - VENOM 400 Performance Control Modules

Get up to 25 percent more horsepower in just 30 minutes.

You don't have to be a master mechanic to get a major horsepower increase from your vehicle. All you need is a half an hour, a set of hand tools, and one of Python's VENOM 400 performance control modules. These VENOM 400s increase horsepower by up to 25 percent in the 1,000 to 5,000 rpm range, and reduce delay when you mash down your throttle. And because they only kick on during increased engine load, they don't affect fuel economy under normal driving conditions. They'll work with preinstalled performance chips, have an off switch to preserve smog certification when not racing, and require only four electrical connections during installation.

I am going to go with the fast chips cause of their promise but i want to know everything and everyones input before i make my decision.
