Seems this may actually have been an USA only promotion??? 5 people have emailed me telling me they went to their local Canadian PapaJohn's and they had absolutely no idea!

That is very misleading! Nothing was mentioned that this was a USA promotion and was mentained on countless Canadian including News websites.

Glad I didn't waste my time going.. Quite disappointing..

Unfortunately for them I own 4 Camaro's and there are 3 Papa John's in the town I live in

Just thought I'd add my Papa John's experience to the rest on here! I had to flip a coin to decide whether to take the 69 or the 89, and I figured what the heck, I'll go all out and take the 69. Besides, the local PJ's is only like 3 blocks away, so the fact that the 69 only gets about 10 miles a gallon really didn't matter either! Lol. In fact, the kid who took my order said I could've paid for the pizza instead of all the gas I burned in the beast to get there, but what fun is that? What really blew my mind about that same kid is he happened to be the son of a guy I knew clear back in junior high. Of course I was easily the old man out the 4 Camaro owners there, the rest of them were all in their 20's. Anyways, I'm glad I drove the 1st gen, because no sooner than I pulled in, a 77 showed up, then an 88, then a 94 after that. So we ended up having 4 out of the 5 generations represented. Besides, 5th gens are so scarce, I'm not even sure I'd count them as a "production" f-body. Hehe. One of the girls working there snapped pics of our 4 cars as well, and said she'd post them up on their site. All in all, a pretty cool way to grab dinner for the day! Thanks Papa John!

i got mine last night!
there were three other third gens (the most i've seen in one place in this city!) and one first gen... and that pizza was the best pizza i've ever had. not everyone offers "free" as a topping!

So I guess I'm the only Firebird owner that managed to score a pizza!? Haha. I went out there and I guess I was the first "Camaro" that showed up since they were kinda exited. They looked out the window and saw my car and the guy says "thats a nice Camaro, wait a minute, it says Trans Am on it?" I tell him, "yeah, its a Camaro Trans Am, just like the Camaro IROC and Camaro Z28" and the guy goes "oh, thats right, haha" and I gave my pizza order... haha

I went and and got my free pizza after work. The funny part is I drive a firebird. they werent taking any pictures at mine. There was 2 3rd gens and about 4 4th gens when i got there a little after 5. I guess I was one of the few lucky bird owners that got one HAHA . They didnt even asked what I drove. I guess since it looked close to the the other 3rd gens they just thought that it was a bird. The funny part is my plate is 92FIRD, but there mistake and my gain.

My FREE pizza was pretty tasty! No pics tho and all I got was the plain box!

Must be nice being rich paying $250k for a 71 and a $5k finders fee to boot!
Heck for $250k I would of got a Bentley GT ragtop and a 69 Yenko and had
change left over!

I got mine yesterday as well, when I got there there was one 4th gen leaving and as I was receivng my order, 1 3rd gen & 2 4th gens arrived, I hadn't seen that many camaros in a shopping center in a while.

That wasn't just any old 71, its was the exact same car that he sold over 20 years ago to raise money to keep his Dad's tavern from going bankrupt. He then used the extra money from the car sale to start Papa Johns.

To him its not just a car, its part of his soul. The key detail in him finding it was that the buyers back then remember him crying like none other unable to watch the car leave.

My wife hit the local PJ's with the IROC vert for lunch and got to be their first Camaro of the day. When she told the manager we had 4 others at home, he said "bring'em in and I'll give you a pizza for each". I helped pick up the other 4 after work. I think he thought she was kidding at lunch but he took pictures of each and handed over the pizzas.

On each trip there were at least 4 other cars there making a pickup. So it was kind of like a nice small car show.

I went in my IROC, my local papa johns said I was the 6th one to come during the day, and I came right before closing
Pretty disappointing.
Pizza was good though
