3 grand build

ok im coming into about 3000 dollars soon. i need to know how to spend it. i have a stock 91 z28 5.7 350. its has 165 stat, shift kit, performance chip, re lower control arm relocation brackets, and other little things. i wanted to ask is what do you guys all think i should spend the money on? i know for sure that im gonna get headers but after that im thinking maybe a 373 posi? or maybe a new cam lifters and such. let me all know what you think i should spend it on. im willing to take all suggestions

What are your goals for the car? HP, looks, Stereo? If you shoot up a goal I would probably try and make some good suggestions for you.

i would really like hp gains, but things that i would be able to do myself things like headers or a rear or something of that nature. idk about a whole trans but i would love a 5 speed instead of an auto but i think thats above my level of knowledge.

Shoot for 3 grand you could do heads, cam, exhaust, tune and a posi and gears (if you could do the last two your self). Your car would definitely come to life.
