I am will Bill on this, i will never do buisness with you, you have shown your true colors. even when caught in a lie, you don't have the balls to admit it, and not only that, you LIE about it. i refuse to do buisness with anyone who i know has been caught in a lie.

as for you call to arms against phoenix. why should i trust you in the fact that those are your decals, you have proven you have no problem with telling lies, i have yet to see the owner of one of the cars you listed show up, and say that phoenix is using their pictures without permision, i'm sorry that was YOUR company that got caught doing that. knowing Don personaly, and seeing the car in person on several occations, there is no doubt in my mind that the the car is question is A) Dons car B) the same car in both photos. you were called out, you lied about it, we then proved it. and you STILL deny it. you then expect the same people who just watched you lie several times in a row, and the same people you called names, to support you

huh, and you think WE are the simple minded....

if you have a personal vendeta out against phoenix, and if you claims are legitement, take them to court, it is that simple. litigation will bring the truth out. that is the way that REAL companies deal with copywrite, an IP infrigment. they don't get on a forum with 30,000 potential customers, and make assclowns out of themselfs.

the truth of the matter is, you are in my mind a liar, and that makes you a crook in my book. and you will never see one of my hard earned dollars. i althouhg you think that we are the 'vocal minority' i would wager that a large percentage of the non-vocal, agree that you have not handled yourself as you should have, and are turned off by your ramblings.

i am done replying to this thread, there is no need for me to respond to you, and the truth has come out. so the forum has proved its purpose, a purpose i guess you missed, this forum is here to protect US, the consumer. it is not a place for the owners to verbaly attack us for no reason.

OK, billsfirebird:

I'll address your line of thinking and anybody else that wants to take the same view as you. You stated your thoughts on why you wouldn't buy from us. Now I'll state the reason why we wouldn't want you to.
If you read everything posted here, as I'm sure you have since you thought you needed to throw in your 2 cents, you saw that the first postings were by individuals that decided to no longer address these matters on a business level. They chose to take it to a personal level, or did you miss that? Some of the personal comments above were very insulting and definately not comments about my business, they were refering to me, PERSONALLY. So, you think that I should have responded to a personal attack with a professional business solution. Sorry, but those comments weren't about a business, they were about me personally. Maybe your parents raised you to be walked all over, but that's your misfortune. And, if you're one of those people that think that if a business transaction doesn't go EXACTLY the way they want, the appropriate thing to do is start throwing out personal insults and expect the person you're insulting to kiss your a**, you're the customer I DON'T want! Your belief that I responded incorrectly to their PERSONAL attacks tells me that you are one of those people that go to the service counter at WalMart and scream until you get your way.......and, BY G*D,.....nobody better say a d*mn thing back to you, except "Yes, Sir"! I've worked far too hard in life to be walked on by the "screamers" now! I paid my dues when I was younger at low-level jobs and had to kiss a**, no matter how unbelievably rude and out of line people were. I'm not there anymore, I'm further up the ladder now, I don't kiss a** unless I see that a customer is willing to be happy when all is said and done. Then, and only then, will I go out of my way to make sure they're happy. BUT, puking out personal insults is NOT the way to get me to move mountains for you!
Your views that I should be these guys' punching bag and just grin and bear it, tells me to look forward to you NOT being a customer of ours, or I would probably be forced to deal with more of that twisted line of thinking.
Personal attacks are not business dealings, they're childishness and should remain outside of business.
The remarks about me calling everyone here "simple minded idiots" is untrue. Any remarks about anyone being challenged is addressed to those that like to spout off without being able to understand the issue they are spouting off about. Some of the responses here a painfully obvious they just can't understand what's been discussed to death here. Plenty of people have read this and chose not to jump in. Without knowing all of the facts or completely understanding them, that's a very smart move. And there are alot more that have chosen not to throw in their 2 cents, so my comments have nothing to do with them or anyone else that looks at this logically and replies with a fair and balanced response that's based on the facts laid out, not "I wanna be on his side......what can I spout out that sounds cool?". There happens to be more than one side to every story. The intelligent ones will look for both. The others will just jump into the feeding frenzy and show their ignorance. It's as simple as that.

And to think I was just going to post a topic asking who I should buy new IROC-Z decals from..... I know who I'm not buying from just because of their lack of professionalism.

Unbeknownst to Don I have seen his car in person. I can vouch for the fact that the decal/emblem in question is his car. Truth is you just don't see 3rd gen T/A's with the bird emblem anymore so you remember the ones you do.

However, there is a way to settle this easily and for Autografics.com to come out the clear winner. If the pic in your auction is truely one of your customers he should have no problem posting the original pic that was edited to the one in your auction and including a non edited photo of the hood complete with surroundings and backward facing birdy.

Now I'm going to personally ask you Mr. Hughes, Do two wrongs make a right? Phoenix may be using photos of your product on their website. Does that mean that your are ethical in using their product to sell yours? You have stated repeatedly that you sent that response to Don, meaning the one where you admit to using photos of decals you know to be of Phoenix products, yet you claim to be an upstanding buisnessman. How do you justify false advertising as the right way to do buisness?

With everything I have read in this thread makes me certain of one thing, I'm sure by now that Phoenix grafics knows of this discussion yet they are not entering into the foray of insults and name calling. Even if their product is inferior they are still the better company for maintaining silence while you dig your own hole.

Good day Mr. Hughes.

I'll be glad to ask the owner of the TA to provide any unedited photos he has.
Your response lets me know that you also failed to read the posting completely. I stated very clearly that the response that I sent Don was a generic response that I send to anyone that makes claims about pics of Phoenix's decals. I usually won't waste my time with a detailed, investigated response to that subject, when Phoenix continues to use my pics after nemerous requests for them to stop. I've had other confused individuals that push the issue, until I show them the email that has the set of pics that the pic came from and they realize that they were mistaken. That point was addressed and you response is missing that fact completely.

Geez, just give it a rest TAHarem. It's downright appalling that you're gonna sit here and try and defend yourself when it is clear that you are wrong for your part in this. I really don't have a say in the whole copyright thing, but to me it looks like it's clearly his car from the pictures he's shown. To get that angle and same characteristics on the car is too uncanny. What's making this whole thing worse is you are actually going to sit there and make this an everlasting thread so it won't have time to die out. YES, you are wrong for acting the way you have to those customers in your email. YES, you are wrong for acting the way you have on this board. YES, some people are wrong for name calling but what do you expect if someone is doing what you are doing now. This is worse than a kid in grade school always having the last word. I wouldn't be surprised if a moderator feels the same exact way we all do and ban you from this site. It's just making things worse when you are all sarcastic. You could have saved face by giving an explanation for what you did, and apologize for the inconvenience. Also, you would have also earned our respect if you handled this in a professional manner on this organizations boards. So, my advice to you would be....

shutup and go back to selling your stickers.

Mr. Hughes

While your response that you admit sending to Don may be generic you do in the course of that email admit to using photos of Phoenix's products. So are you now saying that you do not use any representations of thier products anywhere in your promotions of your products?

Also, I'm sure that the owner of the T/A in your auction photo would be more than willing to take credit for his vechicle given that someone else here is taking credit for his hard work and skills if it is their car.

Thanks for your pearls of wisdom, but I think I'll pass on taking your advice. I feel that I have every right to speak up when others are making PERSONAL attacks against me, just as you feel you have the right to chime in on a matter that you were never involved in. I've looked at the pics side by side now and can see that they probably are the same, but that was NOT the pic that was first displayed as the one supposedly taken from. Don posted a smaller pic facing the other way with a cool website background. I didn't see much of a chance that it came from that pic. He later, after much fueding in here, posted a different pic to compare to that was larger and had a different background. I definately see the resemblance when comparing to that one. I will ask the customer where it came from and why they gave me that one, but like I've already stated, I'm removing it anyway to kill this rediculous argument. I do feel it is a DEAD horse at this point, but everyone wants to keep refering to it, or just parts of the conversation, leaving off key factors.
I do offer my appologies to Don if it is a pic of his car and will be removing it this week, as I have stated, and reposting the auction with another pic of a car that I am 100% sure where it came from.
But, I'm still not sure why noboby has started bashing Phoenix, if this is such a horrible thing to you guys. It sure makes it look like you really don't mean what you say. It doesn't make your stories appear credible.

Flyte risk:

No, you're not catching what I'm saying about the response. It was not an admission, it was a generic quick answer that had no further investigation or real outside thoughts added to it. That is the way I answer questions about that subject. As long as Phoenix won't show me the courtesy of removing my pics, I don't feel the urge to investigate someone's claim about their pics, so I throw out a generic, quick answer like that, hoping the person reading it can see some logic in the tit-for-tat theory and won't keep bugging me about it. If I were to immediately say "you don't know what you're talking about, go away", I would be inviting a big argument. The other answer gives me at least a chance at an almost effortless end to a matter that I don't care to waste any of my time on investigating. And, like I said, I feel that way based on Phoenix's care shown with my concerns. It sure seems like more people here could understand that with as much stink as they're raising about me supposedly doing it. Phoenix has been using my pics for a long time now, and not just 1 pic, and they're directly on their website! And the difference is, they KNOW that they are using my pics. Where's your anger for them, people? Where are your burning pitchforks for their concious misdeeds? And I already stated several times that I would remove the pic in question, but Phoenix just rolls on without a care that they are knowingly misleading you. For some reason, you guys aren't catching that, STILL! It sure seems like a blind feeding frenzy, instead of logical issues being addressed in any kind of a fair manner.

Good business rules under three words: trust, service, and opportunities. Creating opportunities to build trust through sevice. But there is princibles on this matter which this country was created on. both sides of the political party would argue. we have human rights, consumer rights and copy rights etc.. its there we pay taxes for it. But there is another word that people don't like its called Comprimise it does help most situations . Do or do not there is no try. but to do nothing destroys everything this country stands for. Defend whats right you owe the respect of our fallen heros and the future.

I got a question off the subject. What would happen if you go into a gun store and ask the owner a question "what would you sudjest to teach a guy a lesson?" LOL

That's just it. The personal attacks against you were about your damn emails that you and the other members had between each other. You fail to realize that Thirdgen.org is more than just a forum. To me, it falls under the same category as a family. These are people who share the same interests in their cars as I do. When someone has problems whether it be with something material like the intake or installation of a part, or something like bad business, we're all put in a place to decide for ourselves how to deal with this either constructively or not. The reason he put those emails up is to show everyone how poorly you treated this situation, and other members commented on how pitiful you handled yourself and the situation. To me, I'd rather purchase a particular item from a company that had very good customer service and pay a little extra, rather than some joe schmoe who couldn't care less about his customers problems. That is the whole point of the AFTERMARKET VENDOR REVIEW!!!!!!!

(edited for drivel)...
Yes I am catching what your saying. Don asked you to quit using a photo of Phoenix's product on his car. Instead of stating that the pic was of someone elses vechicle you said you would quit using it as soon as Phoenix quit using yours. By not expressyly denying the photo was not of Don's car and saying you'd remove it under certain circumstances you have by default and in such a manor that would hold up in court admitted that the pic is, in fact, Don's car. Generic just got you legally liable for copyright infringement and false advertising.

It comes down to you were lying then or your lying now, which is it?

Can you not see that it's time to be the bigger man and excuse yourself? You got caught dead to rights (by amatuers) and yet you try to type your way out of it with more lies, name calling, blatent threats of non-existant court action and blind opinions of how no one here can read.

I for one am tired of the lies and empty threats. If you'd like to continue this further you can email me at flyterisk85@yahoo.com where I'll be happy to provide you with my full name, address, retained attorney's contact information, slanderous comments towards your company, personal insults, and sexual comments towards your underage daughter.

Once again........someone else that thinks personal attacks and profanity are a traditional part of business and should be met with a smile.......another customer that I definately wouldn't want!!!!!!!!!!!!
I care alot about my customers, don't imply otherwise, as you have NEVER done business with me. However, some can cross the line and push me to a point of not caring about them. I am NOBODIES punching bag, even though you might want to be. Customers that show ZERO respect for others don't impress me and don't fall high on my list of people I want to go out of my way to please. Maybe your upbringing was different and you enjoy abuse and reward those that abuse you, but that's more like a fetish than a smart business plan. Think about what you're expecting from me during personal attacks. Business is business, personal is personal. If you want to conduct business, stay on a business level. If you want to get personal and be immature, don't expect to have the red carpet rolled out to you a crown put on your head. My response to the immature cursing email was my firm demand that the VERY inappropriate emails were to stop immediately. It was clear and to the point, and on a level that I knew the sender could understand. It brought the inappropriate emails to a screeching halt and he later appologized for sending it.
To expect that some in world should get special priviledges in life and should be able to act any way they want with no regard for others, while the rest of us are here to pollish their halo, is just completely childish. Everyone deserves respect and the right to stand up for themselves.

WHATEVER! BLAH,BLAH,BLAH!
You completely missed the what I stated! I stated that I didn't care what he was accusing at the time and wasn't about to waste my time to research it for a second. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THAT OR AM I GOING TOO FAST FOR YOU? The response you claim I should have made would have immediately call the sender a liar and would have definately invited his arguments. The way I chose to answer gave some hope that I wouldn't have to waste my time on a Phoenix issue. I know that's a little complex for you to grasp, OBVIOUSLY, but it was stated VERY clearly. By answering that way there is some hope that the sender will see some logic in the fact that if Phoenix won't stop using my pics, it's not really fair for someone to bother me about what they think are Phoenix's pics, and maybe they'll just drop it and go away and I won't have to waste time to investigate their claim. ONCE AGAIN: it's been stated very clearly! If you can't grasp that, SORRY!

You already started the insults. Calling me a liar.......insult. And, I didn't think you would be able to follow the simple statements even thought they were crystal clear........I was right.

You're right, it's going nowhere. Most have seen that all of the points have been addressed in extensive detail and leave it alone. Others feel they should see if they can keep it going by continuously griping about points that have been hammered to death, or feel they want to start a fight of their own for some odd reason.

I guess I should be filing my lawsuit for slander tomorrow morning. Of course, I couldnt do that because no words were spoken... I guess I'd have to find the right word to sue for and do that instead.

That's kind of a catch-22 isn't it? If it were me, instead of feeling insulted, I'd feel ashamed. Also, logic seems to be a common theme in your posts. I strongly advise you to take a critical thinking course at your local city college... should cost about $25. (I'll even paypal you the $$$ if you agree to go) The fact is, your position simply doesn't hold water.

First, Phoenix has nothing at all to do with this debate. You're merely using it to deflect negative attention away from yourself. Phoenix is not here asking you to remove their decals, a private party is! And yet you keep invoking the name Phoenix.

Second, if you have a grievance against Phoenix, start a thread about it. Apparently, you've attempted to resolve an issue with them concerning your images. I would think you'd be highly sympathetic to Don, since you're doing the same to him. In any case, that's exactly what this board is for. What you call "personal" I would call public. It's only become personal because you've taken it to that level. So, start a thread about your dealings with Phoenix and explain your case. Don't demand that others wage your wars and then call them hypocrites for not doing so.

Third, and most regrettably, you've insisted sticking to the position that the photo in question is not Don's car. It has been proven beyond any doubt that the photo is his. He produced the original and they're a match. Unfortunately, you've elected to take the easy way out of a character defining moment. When the chips were down, you folded. You shouldn't be surprised when people reading this thread call your integrity into question.

And finally, I would call your attention to the fact that anger is the #1 impediment to logic. We, as humans, simply cannot think clearly or rationally when angry. As such, it is reasonably safe to say that there has been scant logic in your highly emotionally charged posts. I'll say it again... Denial isn't a river in Egypt. It's not too late to stand-up and be counted by simply admitting that you made a mistake. You might be surprised at the reactions you receive. Not only is this character defining, there's potential for a great life lesson here.

Regards,

Aaron -=vexter=-

SOMEONE HERE HAS TO SEE ALL OF THESE HYPOCRITICAL STATEMENTS AND THINK THAT SOMETHING BALANCED HAS TO BE SAID! IT CAN'T BE ALL IDIOTS HERE!

Now. My response for the record. We were not reviewing Phoenix Graphics decals. This thread is a review of your products. Not thiers. The only reason I made a comment is because I think thieving is low. Thieving photos is wrong. You can't tell me that's not Dons car. I know enough about image manipulation to know this.

Second.
You do not see many Recaro seats in any Trans-AM much less an 85. A factual statment that can be proven. Since your picture is obviously of Don's car. Your "that could be any TA" statement is BS. That's my opinion. I didn't call you any names I didn't sound mouthy. Not really. I just stated that I wouldn't buy products from someone who has dissatisfied so many users of this Forum. You may have pleased several people with your products but I trust the people who have given me great advice that has saved me hassles and money for over a year now. I on principal will not condone thieving of pictures. Since that is a Phoenix Graphics bird on Don's hood and not yours. You have passed one of thier products off as yours. I don't care if they did it first.

Grow up. You have alot to learn about doing business. You are losing customers over here. People who have never even purchased from you. Only because you started attacking us so abusively. I could tell you how you should have responded. But I wouldn't want to help you.

Chuck also felt it was appropriate to share some of the positive feedback he's received on eBay. As a sort of "equal time" I've included some of the negatives. Now, I understand that you can't please everyone and that negative feedback isn't all telling. The purpose here isn't claim he's wrong in any of these cases. Truth to tell, I have two myself. What I do find interesting is how he responds to people who have lodged complaints. Idiot, liar, and jerk are common personal references. It's not much different that what we've seen here.

Also, eBay provides a search tool that many people don't take advantage of: Feedback About Others

I've gone through a majority of the feedback's he's given. Get this... Chuck has left no fewer than 74 negatives!!! WOW!!! That's nearly 10%!!! I've tried to be open minded and sincere. However, I believe that what we see here is actually how Chuck is everywhere.

Good Luck in life, Chuck...

Since so many fools that have NEVER done business with me want keep jumping on the feeding frenzy bandwagon and showing their ignorance, I will simply followup their hypocritcal statements(topic addressed above) with these fine folks who have delt with me and tell a far different story than the guessers here. This is just the tip of the iceberg of our positive comments. Any idiot that wants to show the negatives will have a hard time topping this list, but try again vexter. Any idiot that wants to talk about negative feedback left, doesn't realize that eBay allows you to do that when a winning bidder doesn't honor their bid. According to eBay, your bid is a contract and you are expected to honor it. They want only serious bidders there and warning other sellers about dishonest bidders is something that they encourage. That's another one of their "tools". Nice try, vexter! As far as good luck, you can only imagine how good it is!

Guessers, I do appreciate your attempt at premanition, though. It shows you have some creativity.

NOW, let's hear from the masses, not just the few combative fools that have NEVER done business with me and have no idea how well it would work out if they acted in an ADULT manner during their transaction! They only want to base their opinions on the results of me having to deal with the childish name callers and person insult wizards. You're right, I'm no Bill Gates, but my business has doubled in size every year that I've been in business, including this year, and I've been in business several years. Guess what, WallStreet Wizards, it d*mn sure ain't slowing down, just the opposite. I must be doing something right! But maybe I should let one of you high powered CEOs here take over and see how things go for us, since I'm sure you've all commanded the market...................I bet me and my workers would be flipping burgers next year! Leave the business strategies to those of us who know them and can make them work! I've already proven that my strategy works..........now prove yours, or zip it! Talk is cheap.

Have a great day!

While bandying words like ignorant, hypocrites, fools, and idiots you continue to successfully make the case against yourself. You've claimed several times that people didn't read or understand what you've posted and yet, you haven't bothered to do the same yourself. My point didn't have anything to do with the negs, it had to do with the way you responded to them. Further, you continue to completely sidestep the primary issue here: You're knowingly and willfully using Don's image and you've been doing so from the beginning. You completely refuse to see the situation for what it is. Happiness must come in fleeting quantities in your world. I'm very sorry for you.

BTW, the offer to pay for you Critical Thinking course is still on the table. <--Legitimate offer...

Best of Luck,

Chuck,

at this point i could care less how many good things people have said about you. what disturbes me, is how you have dealt with the problems. your true colors have shown through, not in the good transactions, those are easy, it is easy to provide good service when everything goes well. but when something goes wrong, wether it is your fault or not, you have shown that you try to pass the buck, and blame either the buyer, another company, the post office, or even the people, taking time out of their day, to reply your your useless ramblings, in hope that we can help our fellow thirdgen'ers from having to deal with a buisnessman of your class. once again in your last post, you showed the kind of person you are, you seem to have an inability to deal with critisism, and you blame others. you keep posting and you keep showing us that.

vexter did nothing to to point out the rest of your feedback. you opened that can of worms yourself, and instead of commenting on the issue at hand, and showing some class, by addressing the post. you made it personal, and attacked vexter. once again, very professional .

ya know, what really amazes me, is you keep trying to insult our intelegence in this thread, and yet you cannot grasp the simple concept that this is an unbeatable situation for you. you are not going to change the minds of the people posting, you are not going to impress us because your buisness has 'doubled in size', your possitive e-bay feedback means nothing. a person with any class, would have bowed out of this long ago, and cut their losses. but please keep replying, i have keep myself, my co-workings, my friends, and my family rather entertained with your replys. if it wasn't so sad, it would be humorous to watch a grown man result to such tactics.

one one last side note, you can call me stupid all you want, you can tell me you addressed this already. but your logic fails me, so maybe you can go over this one more time...
what i really strugle with, is trying to figure out how someone else using a picture of yours, has anything to do with you using someone elses picture? just because someone else may or may not be doing that. it still makes what your doing illegal, and immoral. you can say you didn't want to research it, and you didn't want to take the time. that is fine, but i still want to hear, why any of that gives you the right to do the same?

i urge you to THINK about your response before typing it, thus far your responses have been both offensive, and immature. they, in my mind have shown you to be a real coward, who hides behinds, lies, misrepresentation, a name calling. do yourself, and us a favor, try to answer this question with class, and do not try to blam it on someone else. this is your chance to prove to us all that you are not the coward that you have made yourself out to be. this is your chance to show us why any of us should even think about trusting you with our hard earned money. this is where you prove the kind of man that you are. i really look forward to your response, or lack there of, i am sure that is going to continue to entertain the masses.

Sorry, but I didn't knowingly and willingly use Don's pic, it was brought to my attention. If you had spent some time reading what has been said here, instead of trying to dig up dirt on me in an attempt to make yourself look important or legitimate in an issue that you were never a part of, you would have seen just the opposite of what you just spewed out. And if you would like to do more of your armchair investigating, you just might find that I corrected that problem, just as I said I would. It seems you keep missing the very important points that are the basis of your outsider complaints.
As far as my responses to the neg feedback: these FEW people are the type JUST LIKE the FEW here that feel that running away screaming and cursing is the best way to handle a transaction they feel they are having difficulty with, rather than contact me directly and work it out in a professional manner. AND, how many positives did you have to pour through to find those? HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS! You failed to mention that! Once you leave neg feedback, it can't be removed. Not a smart way to get what you want in a transaction. I've seen the same business tactics here. That's what got this snowball of garbage started. If you would have read above, you would have seen the immature path they decided to take this down.
As far as the offer for the Critical Thinking course: If it's the same you took, I'll pass.

Dewey316:

"vexter did nothing to to point out the rest of your feedback"
WRONG! He passed by over 700 positives to find that handfull! That, in absolutely no stretch of the imagination, is "the rest" of the feedback.
ONCE AGAIN, PEOPLE: Know what you're talking about before you jump in and prove to us how much you don't know!

"a person with any class, would have"
never jumped in and started bashing someone that they have never done business with. It's because of people like you, that like to "assume", that this won't end. You love to jump in and stir things up, who knows why! You jump in with your remarks that are contrary to what has been clearly stated above and/or other facts that you could have easily researched before spouting your "wisdom". Yes, that to me, exhibits ignorance and I don't have problem pointing it out, just as you seem to not have a problem slamming someone you have NEVER delt with. Sorry, but we all get our say. If you don't like it, don't jump in. But if you decide to jump in, make sure that you know ALL of the facts, not just what you thought looked "cool".

As far as "offensive, and immature": Look how your buddies got this snowball sreaming downhill. It had already gone ugly before I even got here. I guess you missed that.

As far as you question about not caring about protecting the pics of Phoenix:
That subject has been a sore spot for me for a long time. I have asked them numerous times to remove my pics, but they won't! Therefore, I am willing to show them as much respect in those matters as they show me. If Don's email would have named any other vendor(that's not using some of my pics), I would have taken the time to research it and make sure I wasn't stepping on someone else's toes. BTW: One of the sponsors of this site is using some of my pics, or were the last time I checked. But I'll leave it to you private eyes and morrality cops to bring it EVERYONE'S attention as you did with me............if you guys really stand behind what you say. The "one way street" so far has been rediculous! Screaming about me doing something that has already been corrected and not saying a peep about others continously doing it on a grander scale, makes your opinion on the matter look like complete BS.

TAHarem, you fail to realize that this thread is about autographics.com not pheonix. If you have a legitimate issue with them, by all means please start up a new thread here, but I doubt you'd get the same response as if you were a regular member here. The only reason you've joined this site is to run your mouth to everyone here and try and defend yourself to which you have no valid points. I guess you don't believe in "two wrongs don't make a right." And you said you have only gotten harsh because everyone here is chiming in about this subject, but then we see your negative feedbacks and finally see that this is not the case. In every negative feedback you've resorted to name calling, either idiot, jerk, or whatnot. How can you be a so-called business when you run your mouth like that? If I hadn't even seen this thread and read some of your negative feedback and the way you responded to them, I would still feel the same way. It's just downright appalling.

i don't have to know how much possitive feedback you, i dont' have to look at your account, you did a great job of pointing that out to us. the truth is, the way you handled yourself in RESPONDING to those negitive comments, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

"You jump in with your remarks that are contrary to what has been clearly stated above and/or other facts that you could have easily researched before spouting your "wisdom""

where i have every stated something that was contrary to the FACTS.

"Yes, that to me, exhibits ignorance and I don't have problem pointing it out, just as you seem to not have a problem slamming someone you have NEVER delt with. Sorry, but we all get our say. If you don't like it, don't jump in. But if you decide to jump in, make sure that you know ALL of the facts, not just what you thought looked "cool"."

I am not saying anything about yoru buisness, or your product. because, you are right, i have no experiance with either. but i am critizing you as a person. because i have read page after page of comments now, and i think that is enough dealing with you, to allow me to comment on it.

As far as "offensive, and immature": Look how your buddies got this snowball sreaming downhill. It had already gone ugly before I even got here. I guess you missed that.

yes, people made comments, some were uncalled for, but the thread started with people making legitement complaints about your service. YOU escalated this thread to what it is.

"That subject has been a sore spot for me for a long time. I have asked them numerous times to remove my pics, but they won't! That doesn't answer my question... again "WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO DO SOMETHING ILLEGAL?"

"if you guys really stand behind what you say. The "one way street" so far has been rediculous! Screaming about me doing something that has already been corrected and not saying a peep about others continously doing it on a grander scale, makes your opinion on the matter look like complete BS."

once again, this has nothing to do with you, your comments, or your buisness as it concerns me/us. if you have such a legitiment air tight case against any of these companies, where is the law suit, where is the litigation. you yourslef pointed out how well your company is doing, i am sure you can afford to pay your legal team enough to get he ball rolling on a suit. Don, is a just a regular guy, he doesn't have those resources, and his buisness isn't at stake from someone using his photos. Don has always proven to be a class act. and he made it known that he didn't want you using his picture anymore. how did you handle it? you turned it back at him, you then claimed the photo wasn't his car, you claimed it was a GTA, you blamed phoenix for using your pictures. it isn't that you used his picture, or wether you knew it wasn't your product. it is the way you handled it, that really pisses me off.

ONCE AGAIN: Someone shows their ignorance!

pat12spe:

"as if you were a regular member here. The only reason you've joined this site is to run your mouth to everyone here and try and defend yourself"

What a completely ignorant thing to say! Are you too dense to see when I registered? Look by my user name, when did I register? When did you register? How much have I been running my mouth here, how many posts? How many posts do you have? I wonder who's been running their mouth. Hmmmmm!
And, if this was only about AutoGraFics.com, as you claim, why were they slamming me personally? Does "THAT GUY S@#KS the GRAND ONE!" or "what a lowlife pos!!!" sound like a business review or that they were talking about me personally? I don't think it's too hard to figure out.......for some of us.
Maybe you just jumped in here "to run your mouth".
Looks like you "you have no valid points"!

ONCE AGAIN, PEOPLE: Have clue about the subject matter before you jump in and show us how very little you do know!

Dewey316:

Can you not follow your own ramblings? You stated this:

"you can say you didn't want to research it, and you didn't want to take the time. that is fine, but i still want to hear, why any of that gives you the right to do the same?"

Very clearly above, it is very clear that at the time he emailed me, I was not aware the pic was his. That makes your your story contrary to what was stated above. Your question even points to the fact that you were aware that I didn't research the matter, so how can you ask me "what gives you the right to do the same?", when I'm not even aware, at that point, that I was, I hadn't researched it or been provided any proof. That came much later! You're having some trouble with your timeline.

And, I'll ask again, just like I asked another confused individual earlier: "WHERE do you see anything about a GTA?!"

Using false claims in an attempt to slam me doesn't make your point of view look very valid.

AND, ONCE AGAIN: Your buddies had already escalated this to a personal slamfest. You're having a h*ll of hard time with the timeline.

Lets all say goodbye to Mr. TA Harem, shall we? I think he's violated the TOS enough times, and he just isnt getting it either. You want to call us all liars, hypocrits, and whatever else might come to mind like its perfectly ok, but if someone else does that... OH MY! Pretty humorous, I must say.

BTW, I think he has been able to defend his position well enough by now, if thats what you would call it. Not like anything new has been said or needs to be.

Cya later, Chuck.

Yeah and you're a real big contributor to this site chief. Since 2000 the only posts you've had were in this thread. So, therefore by my logic you are only on this site to try and save face which cannot and WILL NOT happen anymore since you've been so ignorant to the "regulars" here. Do you see how many posts I've had? Not nearly as much as some of the others here but I still do my part in contributing more than this useless thread, but since you feel the need to never let this go, be my guest. Do me a favor and take your kindergarten sh** elsewhere. You have obviously pissed a lot of people off and I'm sure since your "business has doubled," then you don't need to post anymore to this ridiculous thread. Oh, and about the people "slamming" you?? You are part of a business, therefore, we criticize your business ethics and your company in general. Customer service is part of your business, so that is criticized as well. Why don't you look at some of the other threads in this forum?? You will see there is the same thing....people criticizing or praising customer service. Once again you fail to realize the point of the "AFTERMARKET VENDOR REVIEW." Or are you too "dense" or "ignorant" to realize this?
