I have bought from them before and had good experience with them. I bought the seals that go around the t tops and they fit pretty good.

P.S. I bought from them before I read about all of the bad things that have happened to people.

I made a purchase from them several years ago (my first and last with them) for some A/C vents, and center caps (for the 91-92 Z28 rims) via phone order. They got the A/C vents right, but screwed up and sent me the wrong center caps (sent some for an IROC).

I had to call them about 5 times throughout a 3 day period to finally get in touch with the owner (seems like he doesn't know how to return a call), who said that they will send me the right ones once I send them back the ones I received. I felt like they should take care of return shipping charges since it was their mistake. I blew that off, thinking that they were being nice on the phone about exchanging it for me. Well, I did that, and called them up a week later to see if they had shipped. They said that they had not made a mistake, that I had changed my mind about wanting them obviously, and they were charging me a restocking fee for returning them. To top it off, they then said that they don't carry the center caps I was asking for.

Why in the world, would they have let me make the order in the first place for something they didn't sell?

Thats just my story. Do a search and you will find quite a few stories very similar. From what I've read on this board, they are even worse with used parts.

By the way, I got all my T56 conversion parts from TACreationsusa.com. I have dealt with them several times, and have been very helpful. I do have to admit though that the owner does lack some tact /social skills and sometimes comes off as apathetic. But overall, they are very honest people.

My clutch master cylinder started to leak 3 days after the 30 day warranty they gave me on the T56 kit expired. I went to the dealer and bought a new one and put it in. I spoke with them a couple of months later when they asked me how everything went, and when I mentioned the master cylinder leaking, they told me I should have called them up and they would have given me a new one even if it had been 3 days more.

hey 92 blue, if you don't mind me asking, how much did you spend on your conversion? And did what new parts did you put in if any at the time of the swap?

I my experience, I had ordered an aerowing for my GTA and what I received was an aerowing but this thing was not finished. The upper and lower sections were separating and some edges chipped and looked like some rasp marks. My car was in the shop so I needed the aerowing to take to the shop so they could finish the job. I had to use the one they sent so I spent hours gluing and finishing something that should have been ready to paint out of the box. Did they inspect the merchandise before shipping? I don't know, but low quality merchandise is just not good business.
So I sent them an email explaining the situation and how dissatisfied I was, so I did received a response but they just said they would notify the vendor of my dissatisfaction. That's just not what I wanted to hear. So that was my last purchase from them.

I have been waiting for around a month and half for my hood insulation. I tried calling them for something like the 6th time yesterday only to figure out they did want to answer their phones because they were on their friggin lunch break. What kind of friggin company stops answering their phones for over an hour? Overall there prices are not that good and their service is abolutely horrible. 4/10
