Nothing but good to say about their staff and customer support. Bought an LM-1 wideband O2 setup, tried to hook it up to laptop, no go. Called tech support, very helpful but still couldn't fix problem. Sent it back Friday, they received it tuesday, overnighted it back to me, received it wednesday. Everything works the way it supposed to. It sucks when you get something that doesn't work right, but it's really nice to find a company that will stand behind their product and make sure the customer is happy.

U will love that wideband :-)

Best tuning tool ever made and for little voer $300 u cant beat it and sensros are cheap to if u shop.

Got mine like 2 yrs ago, befroe they were even easily available.

One quick note for you, fill the cable end at the sensor with silicone to help keep water out of it if u leave it in a car long term. AlsoI have found using a small bag wrapped around the 02 to cable connector helpful as well for keeping water out of the connection
