I bought 4 items from them off 4 different auctions on EBAY. 3 were NIB items and the 4th was a set of cam clearance stock rods with chromemoly bolts, resized. Anyways they are at the machinist for balancing/decking block etc etc. and he measures the rods and 1 is .014 too short. I need to get this done and just had the shop redo a spare they had to save time and shipping back to DTT. Before I purchased them I talked to Chad on the phone and he went over what they do with their rods. He reassured me that they did quality work, even stated that they throw away barrels full of rods because they won't meet spec. On a side note Chad even lied to me about when they would ship out. Took a week before they were shipped when he said they would ship out the day I bought them now.

DTT did offer to replace the rod if I sent it back to them.

I had nothing but good luck with them. Fast shipping and great prices. You can even have them through in shipping with the low price.-Jim

I just picked up the rotating assembly from the machinist. 7 of 8 their 8 rods were between 7 & 8 thousandths. Just the one was odd at 14 thous. too short. luckily the shop setup a spare, installed the bolts from the short one and resized it for 15.00. So I was treated pretty fair from my shop.

Like I said on the new in box stuff I have bought from them off ebay was as described and good price. I just wouldn't buy anything their machine shop touches.

Shipping was ok, usually 3 days, when the order is actually shipped. Summit is here in 2 days regradless, probably twice as far away and they email a tracking #.
