I would tend to agree with the first statement after speaking to a customer service rep yesterday. I called and who ever I spoke with was very un-helpful then he hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later and spoke with someone else and she got my shipment redirected to the correct address. Try and try again? I have spent a few thousand through Summit already this year, Jegs is the crappy one IMO. I dread ordering from them again, but they have something Summit doesnt carry yet....

sumit dose not suck.. i orderd there 1.6 roller rockers and i payed for two day mail and they got here right in he morning. sumit rocks and there parts are great. i have never orderd my parts form anyone els.
