So there was a leak coming from my fan switch temp probe (Derale part no. 16749) and while retightening the threaded probe I twisted the wires too much and they snapped off!
I emailed Derale and the same day got a response...they ended up (without any hassle) sending me another probe for free!!! I had to fax the Summit reciept (obviously) but other than that since it was within a year it was free.
I had previously emailed them and asked if I could lengtend the sender wires and within a very short time I had a response.
Just two great experiencs with them, their product seems to be good quality and was very, very affordable compared to all similar fan switches.
