are these decent boxes has any one gotten them off ebay and can confim there decently made?

A $32 enclosure? A sheet of bare MDF costs that much. They're obviously cutting corners somewhere. I've never purchased one of those boxes myself, but from the pictures that others have posted of boxes that came from ebay, they all seem to be 5/8" particle board, not 3/4" MDF.

If you've got a pair of cheap subs and all you want to do is boom, they'll probably be fine, but if you've got good subs and want high SPLs or good sound quality, you need a better box.

The q-logic box is nothing to get excited about, and generally costs as much as a better built custom box.
