Is this site for real, its seems too cheap.

PartsTrain.com - Hard to Find Auto Parts and Truck Parts

I Also looked up a bumper for a corolla 2001 and it only costs $35 dollars? I looked up a o2 sensor that costed $35? Is this site a scam or can I really buy a balancer for cheap..?

According to them they have the L69 fiberglass hoods in stock for less than a stock steal flat hood?Doesn't sound right.....but you never can tell.

The part # is 5713.I used the "live person" thing they offer and I was told that shipping would be $119.00 so for less than $300 I can have a brand new reproduction fiberglass L69 hood setting on my front poarch.I don't think so!Who knows.

Someone buy something cheap, and report back to us. Their rotors aren't cheap, I think it said $54.

I just ordered a new hood latch for my 87 TA. Price was $12.31... Shipping was around $7. I guess Ill be a guinea pig It was $36.30 from gmpartsdirect... and I think it was close to $35 before shipping from newgmparts.com. Not sure if thats the correct address for that page. But either way...Ill let you all know how smooth it goes. I didnt actually need a new hood latch. But I just got a new filler panel that the latch attaches to, and thought it would look nice with a new latch as well. Plus maybe it will open and close smoother.

Sweet. Hope everything goes as planned. I also need a new hood latch. They have a Aero reproduction spoiler for $107 new. Hopefully I will be able to get one of those soon too~! http://www.partstrain.com/products/AutoBody/Spoiler/1992~CHEVROLET~CAMARO~8~5.7~CAMA-Z28-002.html

Sorry... sort of forgot to post my update and then i was on vaca...

Overall a very good experience with that company! My hood latch came fast, and its an exact match...only cleaner with no rust and without almost 20 years of grease and wd-40 Ill deal with them again for sure!

I almost panicked because the invoice I got said it was for a full sized chevy pick up... No mention of it being for my TA. I guess its the same part number for a lot of vehicles... I was just hoping that when I got it it was correct.

I highly recommend this site!!!

For reference I checked the prices for an O2 Sensor for my Tacoma. At places like Autozone, RockAuto, etc, they are close to $100. On this site they are no more than $30. Kinda hesitant to buy from them but if it's the right sensor then hey, why not. If it's the right part then most likely any other part is correct.

if they advertise, shouldn't some mod or some admin guy know if they're legit. not saying they buy from them, but wouldn't there be some kind of "background" check of sorts..

I say they are legit... I mean.. I ordered a part, it came fast, it was perfect, I saved money. Doesnt get much more legit than that. They probably buy parts from dealerships that go out of business. Like NOS stuff. Either that or they buy in bulk. Or stuff falls off of trucks... Hhaha. Either way, Ill buy from them again for sure.

That's a great price on that balancer. I bought one recently. Best price I could find locally was 56 bucks. Bought one from Summit for 53.00, but with 10.00 shipping because I wanted a degreed balancer

I had someone order corner lenses, chrome grill and chrome bumper for of only 115 dollars. shipping was 64. but his truck loooks sick!!! I'd rather order through summit racing and jegs. I recently got a timing chain kit, balancer, balancer bolt, radiator hose, tranny mount, torque arm bushing, timing pointer. Summit is better on my list, cause if you dont got a laptop, its hard to shop for parts on the john. Summit racing mails out catalogs. yay!

Their knock sensor is $8 more than GM parts direct. Ignition coils are more than Summit. They have some deals, I wouldn't think it's so good that it's a scam though.

I was just sitting on the live chat for 20 minutes awaiting an answer for something that should've been two seconds. I asked what VIN "2" was in reference too. It said that for a clutch kit and direct fit cats. All the person had to do was give me a number, there are 17 digits in the vin, all I needed to know was which place it was. I'm guessing it was the eigth, but I don't remember. BTW it was for another car, not my thirdgen, but maybe you guys know the answer. thanks Other than that the prices look good.

Re: Is this site for real, its seems too cheap.

they are slower than the second coming and customer service just plain sucks.

They promise 5 to 7 day delivery but..........

I just took delivery of parts order on July 11 today (Aug 1) and the order was incomplete.

If you want to call and ask about a hold-up be prepared to be laughed at or told to "hold on to your pants".

Who needs it??

My friend got his 1999-2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty (FD9319) for almost 270 bucks I think. He had just some slight problems in shipping the item for he had to move from California to Fargo
