I had everything they needed to get the guys that did it and called them numerous times....... including cell phone records where they were calling all over the place. The speaker enclosure box was custom made, not another one like it ...... they called 2 months after the fact and said they were looking into my case, but never heard anything else from them. As I said good luck with them!!!!!

Well from what I can tell the business is shut down... at least there is no one answering e-mails, phones, certified letters, BBB said no one was there on two drive by visits..etc. The website is still up (?) last time I checked... file your reports... see if we can get as many people to file and generate enough in numbers to force them to track these jack legs down

Well, my friend was once annoyed by this store. He purchased a part on August 20, 2008 and they were able to charge him on August 23, 2008. He didn't received any merchandise sad to say. Actually, we also tried our best and called them but I guess they've moved out already cause no one answers. The email was about 15/0 (that's 15 email sent with 0 reply )
Yeah, they got me too! I ordered new carpet, floor mats, and front seat covers back in Feb and never received the seat covers! A 400 hundred dollar mistake on my part! Kept calling them and was told repeatedly to have patience, that they were trying to fill my order, but never got here! Then Tried to call the CC company but it had been over 60 days, so there was nothing they could do either! So I just GAVE these ppl $400!!! DAMN!! Wish I had investigated further!
Darren
Thank goodness! I tried for three days to get them with no answer. The voicemail box was "full", and the two times someone DID pick up the phone, they hung it right back up without saying a word. SO glad I didn't order anything from them.

1983 Black and Gold Trans Am LG4--GONE, but never forgotten...
This is incredible to read. I had a similar experience with a body kit manufacturer. They, in no uncertain terms, ended up stealing 450 bucks from me this summer. I don't think I have ever been that angry. I am still angry about it to tell you the truth. It's like I've said before, though - if this is how my fellow Americans are running THEIR businesses, I should have no problem whatsoever smashing the competition with mine.
I sent them an email in reference to some door weatherstrip from another thread they responded to. Told me how good the product was, this was just a few days ago. Glad I saw this thread, I will not buy from them.
Thanks
Mike
I was going to order cloth seat covers from them for a 1984 Trans Am. They have the front and rear seat set. Does anyone know another vendor that carries these? Thanks.
A few weeks ago I went by F-bodyMotor Sports or the current rendition of it. Their shop is close to where I live.
Several customer cars were there. One was a nice 89 RS convertable getting a 350 swapped into it. I'd really like to know how that turns out.
They were nice enough in face to face in person. I found a few items for the RS's interior like sun visors etc. My friend got a headlight motor for his 97 WS6.
I would suggest if you are going to buy stuff from them, go by in person and see what your getting/getting into...
I'll leave in the morning. I should get there by next Monday if the weather holds.
They are only 12 hours from me. Think I'll drive down to pick up that used lighter from them.

Seriously people are still buying from theses thieves? This thread should be a sticky so no one else gets taken. I don't understand why everyone that has been taken by these idiots hasn't filed a complaint with all the information listed above.
probably a really old thread and these ppl are really dumb when i ordered my UD pulleys they didnt come for 1 1/2 months later but then again took my money right away never buying from this place again
Just ordered a hood liner from TR at Youngs....Tried the number listed on the website and it was disconnected. Sent an email and they replied quickly with a new number >>>704-271-9713 or 800-468-6769. Hopefully they are turning things around and I will get my order soon. They were the only ones that had it.

Hoodliner received in one day...Thanks TR. Considering all the bad feedback on here, I couldn't have had a better experience. Order one day, receive the next.
Hopefully things are looking better

year and a half ago i ordered a drivers side seatbelt for an 83-92 camaro, i even included in my description the car was a hard top.
not too long later i received an 87-92 black drivers side convertible seat belt.
in addition to that, in the box was directions, my invoice, an invoice to a Mike in san antonio ( i wont release last name) he was probably on here.
i looked at the dates, his invoice was 2/8/08, mine was 2/29/08. i suppose they shipped it to him as well, then he shipped it back to them and they shipped it to me.
there was a note in the box from this mike guy (to the company) stating that it wasnt the right one, or something along those lines.
i sent emails, called them, and never got any responses
