Modern Day Muscle

I recently ordered a front nose filler panel from Modern Day Mussel, and I received it damaged with a crack… the box it came in was in great shape, so I have no clue how it arrived at my door steep broke… my guess is some one made an accident, and shipped a broken part with out realizing it… I wasn’t upset until I found that they have no number on there page to contact them, so I sent them an e-mail… 2 weeks later and no response, so dose anyone have there number????

P.s. Modern day mussel you will make this right with me….

Hi, this is Perry from Modern Day Muscle. Sorry we never received your email regarding the problem. We respond to all emails within 24hrs except weekends. Please just email us a photo of the damaged piece to questions@moderndaymuscle.com with your order number and we will have a replacement shipped the next day.

Re: Modern Day Mussel

If I'm not mistaking they don't have a number at all.

Here is their return policy, but that's all I could find.

Modern Day Muscle (MDM)... A First Rate Company! I've bought my fair share of parts from them. I have no hesitaitons, or reservations about buying from MDM again.

End of story.

I dunno, I sent an email to them like 3 months ago, and no response. I figured they were going out of business, so I had to order from Thunder Racing which in itself was the most frustrating thing Ive done

I've bought a few things from PerryPam (and later as MDM), usually through ebay, and I've been happy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Re: Modern Day Mussel

Ive got an entire box of NOS gm parts from PerryPam just sitting in my room. haha. Most are interior. Just waiting til the project takes off. I also just recently bought a new 3 piece front air dam for my TA. Great product and service was perfect.

Justin89Formy: Not to go off subject, but Im surprised you had difficulty with Thunder Racing. Since doing my LS1 swap Ive ordered more than a few things from them and their service always seemed great too.

Justin, I don't know you personally, so don't take this the wrong way, but I peruse the "vendor" board often, and I have to wonder if there's ANYONE out there who you DO like to do business with???

Of course!! I deal with a lot of vendors because im always buying parts! There are a few vendors that Ive had bad dealings with. I just put in my 2 cents when I see posts about them.

Re: Modern Day Mussel

Thanks for your input Justin89Formy but i an curious as to what product you had emailed us regarding that you ended up going to Thunder Racing for, from what I know of their company we really don't have an overlapping productline as they are primarily aftermarket racing parts. Just curious

Re: Modern Day Muscle

I'm still waiting on a opinion on MDM. I am still waiting for some bolt covers I won off ebay. And I had to return my floor mats for wrong color. We will see they will have the old mats on Friday. The other products I received were in good condition. Hopefully this gets resolved > I still need more parts

Re: Modern Day Muscle

It's been awhile, but I've also purchased interior items from MDM. I was looking for tiny parts and clips/screws that are pretty hard to find but they had them in stock. Their email responses were quick as well so if I ever need any OEM replacement parts again I know where I'm going.

I've bought a couple of things from them. It was a while ago, but everything went great. I'll probably order a few more things from them when I get down to the interior of my IROC.
