but here is what i don't understand.... This piece includes both rotors and calipers along with BRAND NEW e-brake cables and WS6 rear sway bar.... No, this rearend is a direct bolt in and everything is in good working condition. It doesn't have e-brake cables on it now but I have a brand new set I'll throw in for an extra $50.
Yeah, I can see where that's a little confusing.
We told him the e-brake cables were an extra $50 because we initially thought he was responding to our Craigslist ad for the same piece. The rearend was available on our website with the e-brake cables for $325 ($285 for the rearend + $40 oversize surcharge for shipping). It was also available locally on Craiglist for $250 without the e-brake cables or an extra $50 with the cables so it was actually $15 cheaper to buy it through the website.
He bought the item through the website so the cables were included in the price. He also asked if we had a proportioning valve which we included for free.

I would assume that this issue has be solved by now? I have dealt with Denny over the last 7 years and have the utmost respect for the guy! Anyone who has dealt with him or has been to his place knows he is willing to help in any way possible.
BTW Have you seen the prices on this website thirdgenranch.com ?? His prices are way better than any other site including hawks.

I bought a small part and was treated as if I was spending a small fortune. Very impressive service. If I ever need that high end part I will be shopping thirdgenranch.

^^ saying that he has low prices is a HUGE understatement lol. When he had that generous 30% off sale most items were under 5 dollars!! Even now they are still extremely cheap compared to any other site for 3rd gens. for supplying us with good cheap parts Denny!

Good to hear, Denny is a good guy and always makes it right if something happens.
I have to agree...I have bought several things from him for my GTA, and have not been displeased at all. The badges were $35!!!! For a FULL set of ORIGINAL, cloisonne badges. Yes, they were used, but they were in good condition for their age. I bought a pair of Beechwood kick panels for $14--SHIPPED--with one small scratch in one panel. The parts came FAST and they were well-packed. Now, when I need parts, Third Gen Ranch is the FIRST place I look. The parts were on my doorstep within four or five days. I really have no complaints.

I have to agree with the positive comments, Denny has been really helpful and the service I have received when buying parts has been excellent. Its not always easy getting parts here in the U.K but I hope to deal with ThirdGenRanch again in the future, sorry if other people have had issues, but for me he's been a real good source of parts and helpful with the shipping. Thanks Denny!
I have sent 5 replies/forwards on email since 6/3/09 to dennyb@thirdgenranch.com. The reason I'm upset is because I got no response from them. The package I recd had a label 1of 1. If I get the rear end as stated above I will retract my comments and praise Denny andThirdgenranch.com.
Snowman383, the ad for the rear end was verbatim.
This was an email reply from Denny,
No, this rear end is a direct bolt in and everything is in good working condition. It doesn't have e-brake cables on it now but I have a brand new set I'll throw in for an extra $50.
The way the ad was written, the E cables were included in the sale price of the rear end. I didn't get that either.
I did receive the rearend as the 2nd part of the shipment. I wished that I was notified of this. I have been a victim of internet fraud in the past and I got real leary after I got the small package and five days went by and I sent five emails and got no response from Denny. The only response from Third gen ranch is in this thread. I wished he would have sent me an email about the 2nd shipment.
To this day, I have no response in my email about this. He did send me a combination valve for free, too bad its not for a 3rd gen...I can't figure what it came off of.
I have a problem with the right caliper missing the e-brake lever, pivot pin, piviot pin nut, piviot pin sprag clip, rubber seal for piviot pin and two springs. (one for each caliper)
In my email that I sent before I purchased, I was specific about having all the parts for the e-brakes so I would not have to hunt them down. Denny stated that the rearend was in good working order.
Denny, I hope you read this, I've given up on trying to contact you by e-mail.
He really is a good seller. I bought a tensioneer, battery hold down, and a rear storage compartment insert/cardboard thing on sunday night (i think sunday?) And for $32 SHIPPED i couldn't go wrong. well i got the stuff today just as advertised, even put it all in today. THANK YOU Denny!!! I will deffinately buy from you again with NO hesitation.

Denny gets an A+ from me! I ordered a power window/lock conversion kit and a license plate bracket from him tuesday, and it arrived today! As described. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again!
Just put my order through a couple of minutes ago, we'll see how it goes. I can't lie after reading through this post I didn't order as much stuff as I wanted to, but if this order goes well I'll order the rest of it. I just can't see a Sponsor of TGO and a moderator being as bad as some have listed.
I contacted Denny through TGO and told him I needed a headlight module and see if he had one. Within three days, he checked his stock and got back to me with a tested, WORKING headlight module, SHIPPED for $15. I got it today, and it's clean and in good condition. This is the third order I've placed with him and have not been disappointed with any of them.
THANK YOU, DENNY! It's been a pleasure working with you!

I just got my parts from Third gen ranch! Less than 2 weeks from ordering to
recieving. They all came UPS.
As far as slow service I contacted Denny (by e-mail) a day after I ordered my parts
and stated I also need a wiper arm added to my order. I recieved a reply that day that one would be sent with my initial order at NO CHARGE no less!
Worked for me and I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again.
Hopefully you folks that have had issues get it worked out soon!...............geo
Recently ordered a tail filler section and got it in a couple of days. Not had a problem with them and will probably order from them again in the future.

Update 07/18/11: This 9 bolt rear end was a total piece of sh*t you sent me!!! It took me 2 years to fix because of the ruined carrier, broken cross shaft, broken spider gears, worn out posi cones, corroded brake calipers, seized lcr and panhard bushings and a tremendous amount of rust.
Here is a pic of the junk I got from Thirdgen Ranch that was suppose to be good.
YOU JUST FLAT OUT LIED TO ME AND TOOK MY MONEY YOU CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all i can say is wow, iv ordered SEVERAL things from thirdgenranch (website) and never had a problem and always got my stuff ASAP. hes a great guy and always went out of his way to help me and get me my parts, even selling me stuff he didnt have on the site yet.

I have no reason to lie about this...I'm just stating the facts....Small parts may be ok to get from them, but differentials are a No No. If you read the first post I made on this thread you will see how all of this came about. I had to spend around $1,400 total on this rear end to make it work for me.
I should have gone with a new modified Ford 9" instead.
I have ordered from him a few times off of Ebay. The first few times were good and then I bought a few intake bellows/rubber parts that were filthy and one of them looked like it had been chewed on or something. I would be embarrassed to sell that one to anyone.
The prices were really good but the items I received did not match the pictures at all.
