BEWARE of xtreme-fi on eBay.

There is a guy on eBay that sells ported factory throttle bodies. His eBay user name is "xtreme-fi" ... I didnt want a ported throttle body, so I sent him a message asking how much for just a rebuild. This is the response through eBays message system:
Dear xlr8torz28,

Please send to the address below and include in the box a note with your complete contact info and a work order request (what you want done). We can rebuild your TPI for $79.99 exchange plus about $12 USPS priority return shipping. Thanks

Thanks,

Tom Bishop - 416
5114 Balcones Woods Dr # 307
Austin, Tx 78759

He told me to just send it in, and he would send me an invoice through paypal, and I could pay him that way. I sent the TB in priority mail w/ delivery confirmation. USPS website stated "Your item was delivered at 11:01 AM on May 12, 2008 in AUSTIN, TX 78759."
Well, I havent heard from him, so I sent him this email:
I sent my throttle body to you last week, for rebuild. I still have not received instructions for paypal payment, for the rebuild and to ship back to me. USPS shows "Your item was delivered at 11:01 AM on May 12, 2008 in AUSTIN, TX 78759."

Thanks, Jason.
................................................................
I also sent the same message through eBay, and still have not gotten a response. I have a bad feeling I am going to get screwed. Has anyone else done business with this guy?

I just ran the address and came up with dozens of businesses registered at that address.

If I dont hear from him by Monday, some of my friends from Austin F-Body are gonna go knock on his door. I had one of my police officer customers run his name and get me his home address.

You watch too much TV! Feds don't get involved with local stuff. All it takes for an allegation to be made about police misconduct and internal affairs may check into it. Oh, that's right, you're a smart man. Gossip and rumors never lead to anything.

OK Mr.Big Brother doesn't exist, why don't you check www.sacbee.com and read about a cop who got fired for looking up an old girlfriend in AZ. BTW, it all started due to someone over hearing his conversation

How did you make out with getting your TB done from this guy? He is still listed on ebay with good feedback.
